Improve your quality of life with Performance Fitness & MMA’s strength and conditioning workouts. These functional training sessions are taught by NASM certified trainers, Jeff Piano and Ruben Aurelio and prepare you to excel both physically and mentally in all aspects of daily life. Our program is designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and team comradery while shedding body fat and improving cardiovascular endurance. This is an effective training system and classes are catered for people of ALL LEVELS, but when attending be prepared to sweat!
